3.Rights of Prevego
3.1 Information collected through the Site and from communication with Users will be used by Prevego to provide the Service (and other services if offered through the Site). This includes using the information and content provided, transmitted, or obtained from the User for purposes such as creating resumes, cover letters, resignation letters, general user reports, statistical studies, resume notifications, promotions, and advertising messages, analyzing user information, identifying suitable job advertisements for Users, creating Site and Service content, and other future activities of Prevego. Detailed explanations regarding the use of User data for these purposes will be included in the Clarification Text.
3.2 Prevego has the right to refuse any membership application, suspend or terminate the Site membership and User status of any User without any notification period, and terminate the Agreement without any compensation and debt obligation. Prevego is not obligated to provide any justification for these actions. If legally necessary, Prevego may request additional information and/or documents from a User to continue their User status or may impose conditions.
3.3 Prevego can suspend or terminate the User's Site membership and User status in the following cases: (i) The User violates the terms of this Agreement, or Prevego suspects such behavior at its sole discretion. (ii) Any information provided by the User is incorrect (this includes information about the User's past and experiences as well as contact information). (iii) Any other User, the Company, or a third party files a complaint or makes a negative comment about the User.
3.4 Prevego may, at any time and at its sole discretion, without any obligation to show reason, without any liability for compensation, and without any obligation to notify any User(s): • Close the Site for infrastructure or maintenance work. • Partially or completely close the Site for use and block all access to the Site. • Unilaterally change all announcements, rules, conditions, and the "Personal Data Protection Clarification Text" published on the Site, which will be immediately binding on all Users. • Change, remove, stop, add, or reduce the effects of various functions of the Site. • Change the scope of the Service and the pricing for paid packages at its discretion. • Make any part of the Site, its functions, or the Service provided through the Site free or paid. Users are responsible for personally following all the changes explained above, and Prevego is not obligated to notify about these changes. By using the Site, Users are deemed to have clearly accepted all changes made to the Site, its functions, its rules, conditions, and the "Clarification Text."
3.5 Prevego will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the information and data provided by Users. However, no transaction over the internet is 100% secure. As long as Prevego takes reasonable precautions regarding the security of the Site, all risk and responsibility regarding the security of the Site and User accounts remain with the Users.
