9.Enforcement
9.1 This Agreement will become binding and enforceable upon the Parties when the User becomes a member of the Site for free or paid membership and accepts this Agreement on the Site.
9.2 Prevego has the right to accept or reject any person as a User and can remove or suspend any User from this status (i.e., Site membership) at any time at its discretion without any compensation or notification obligation.
9.3 As explained above, Prevego can completely close the Site for use at its discretion at any time without any obligation to provide justification or notification to any User(s) and without any liability for compensation.
• Partially or completely close the Site for use.
• Change the Site in any way it sees fit.
• Block all access to the Site.
• Partially or completely block or suspend the access of any User or multiple Users to the Site.
• Cancel the membership of any User or multiple Users on the Site, thereby terminating their "User" status. The User can also terminate their membership and thus their User status on the Site as explained or indicated on the Site.
9.4 In this context, Prevego can terminate this Agreement at any time without any justification and without any compensation or liability for any claims. Prevego can notify the User of the termination orally or in writing or in electronic format (electronic message, email, or other electronic methods) via any communication channel that the User has provided to Prevego or uploaded to the Site. The Parties agree that unless they notify the other party of changes to their current email addresses in writing within 3 (three) days, requests sent to their old email addresses will be considered valid and made to themselves.
9.5 As explained above, due to the termination of this Agreement, the User cannot claim any compensation or any claim from Prevego under any name. However, Prevego's right to claim compensation for reasons other than termination and the provisions of articles 11.6 and 11.7 remain reserved.
9.6 If a User's membership or User status on the Site is terminated (this termination may be due to the User's own decision or any action or transaction by Prevego), the responsibilities of the User for the transactions, payments, and actions performed during the period they were a member (and/or in User status) will not be affected, and all responsibilities of the User for this period will continue.
9.7 In this context, the User will continue to be responsible for all transactions performed with their user account, username, and password related to the Site, and if Prevego suffers any damage due to any action or transaction performed by the User during their membership period (or due to any action or transaction performed with any third party after the membership is terminated), the User's obligation to compensate for all damages suffered by Prevego will continue.
